Bouddi Coast 3 day return walk:  Macmasters Beach to Putty Beach campsite and return via Bombi Moor and Bullimah Spur. All on walking tracks, boardwalks and fire trails featuring heath, woodland, beaches, cliffs and panoramic views. Camping at Little Beach on night 1 and Putty Beach on night 2. Train and bus travel to and from Macmasters Beach is possible. 20km Map: Broken Bay

Fingal Bay Lighthouse I have picked this date to coincide with low tide around Lunch time. We can walk to the lighthouse 2 hours either side of low tide. At the time of sending this in the sandbar is permanently out of the water but a big storm could change that. This is not a big walk and I plan on staying in Fingal Bay caravan park the night before. Glenrock South Circuit. Starting & finishing at Dudley, the route is via old Bailey plantation, Cross Cr, No. 5 shaft, Whitebridge, Tin Hare Cr, Fernleigh side tracks, Flaggy Cr, Burwood Trail, Little Redhead, Dudley Bch & Fossilised Forest. Short sections of off track, sand and easy rock platform. Distance: about 15km. Ascent/descent: about 250m. Meet: at 0900 at Reay Park on the corner of Ocean and Tumut Streets Dudley. Wondabyne WalkIt's wildflower time! Walk up heart-starter hill from station, then via Scopas Peak, Piles Creek etc, and catch bus from Kariong back to Gosford Station. Rough underfoot in places. Distance: approx 12km. Ascent/descent 200m. Meet on train departing Morisset 0823 arriving Wondabyne 0920. Alight rear car/rear door because of ultra short Wondabyne Platform. Map: Gosford

The Bluff, Brokenback Ridge and Prickly Ridge - Olney State† Forest From the Prickly Ridge Road entrance to Olney State Forest follow various tracks up to the Bluff and then follow Brokenback Ridge to Prickly Ridge. From there we follow various forest roads and tracks in a circuit back to cars. Lovely ridge walk featuring beautiful mossy rocks, lilies and orchids as well as extensive views. Circuit walk from Heaton Lookout - Olney State Forest From the Heaton Lookout walk along a track south along the cliff line from then steeply down along Barniers Bullock Track to a lovely honeycomb cave. Then back up and out to the end of Barnierís forest road to a spectacular lookout over Quorrobolong. Return via a rough rarely used creek side track through beautiful rainforest. Some steep sections and creek crossings. Distance: About 10 km. Ascent/descent: 550m Map: Quorrobolong.

Walk grading: 3/4 with a number of steep walks, one with ladders and chains at top. Limit of 15 on the guided walks due to the nature of walks. Easier self-guided walks are available at each NP.

BROOKLYN  10km Catch ferry from Brooklyn via Little Wobby and disembark at Dangar Island for coffee. Return to mainland 1 hour later and proceed via Mangrove boardwalk and Old Cemetery etc to Peat's Island Bridge. You can walk across the bridge (Old Pacific H'Way) if you choose. Return to Hawkesbury River Stn for train home.  Catch train departing Morisset at 8.23am, arriving HRS at 9.27 am. -
